Gel Colours

Gel food colouring for professional usage in various colours at a high quality. Try it to colour marzipan, fondant, pastes, royal icing, creams or pastries. It is very economic since it's highly concentrated. Mixed with colour dusts, it becomes perfectly suitable to hand paint. Due to its practical tube wrecking, usage is very simple: just drop into your paste or cream and stir it or knead it in properly. Suggested ratio: for sweets: max. 3g/kg for pastes: max. 6g/kg
